Boni Beach grew out of Lombok’s own kitchen. We cook Sasak and Indonesian classics with care and a few modern liberties — rendang tacos, ayam taliwang bao, sate rembiga grilled over coals and slow-cooked duck betutu — alongside fresh pasta, big salads and properly built burgers. Breakfast runs from 7:30am, and the menu keeps evolving as our chefs draw on flavours from across the archipelago. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free dishes are marked throughout, and there’s a proper kids menu, too.
From a poolside lunch to rooftop sunset drinks
There’s more than one way to settle in: a relaxed lunch by the pool, a long dinner in the ground-floor dining room, or a drink up on the rooftop bar as the afternoon cools — signature cocktails like the Boni Margarita and a clarified Pandan Shrub, spritzes, wine and cold Bintang, best timed for the sunset. The all-day menu starts at 11, and dinner runs until 9pm. You don’t need to be staying with us to eat here — walk-ins are welcome. We canprepare coeliac-suitable meals; staff are trained on cross-contaminationand we offer gluten-free substitutes for many dishes. Is the food halal?
All of our chefs are Muslim and we observe halal practices foreverything that does not contain non-halal products. Pork bacon isavailable on the breakfast menu; all other items are halal.
