Terms & Conditions

The following hotel guest policies apply to all stays at Boni Beach Lombok. Please read them carefully before your arrival.

1. Check-In Procedure

Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid government-issued identification and a valid credit card, which will be used for securing any incidental charges during the stay. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not provide the required documents or fails to comply with our policies.

2. Room Occupancy and Visitors

Guest rooms are to be occupied only by the individuals registered at check-in. Any additional guests must be reported to the front desk and may incur additional charges. Non-registered visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM for the security and comfort of all hotel guests.

3. Guest Behavior

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other guests, hotel staff, and property. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any illegal activities will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

4. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and in the downstairs lobby area of our hotel. A significant cleaning fee will be imposed for any violation of this policy in order to restore the room to a smoke-free condition. However, guests who wish to smoke may do so in designated smoking areas, which include the open-aired lounge and pool area. We request that guests use the provided receptacles for disposing of cigarette butts and related waste. Please respect non-smoking guests by adhering to the designated areas.

5. Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in the hotel, with the exception of service animals. Guests with service animals must notify the front desk at the time of check-in and are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning required.

6. Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the room or hotel premises during their stay. This includes damage to furniture, fixtures, linens, or any hotel property. Charges for repairs or replacements will be added to the guest's bill.

7. Internet Use Policy

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for guests. This service is for legal, personal use only. Any illegal activities or misuse of the internet service will result in immediate disconnection and possible legal action.

8. Food and Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the hotel's dining areas. Room service is available during specified hours, and charges will be added to your room bill. Minibar items are for purchase and will be charged upon consumption.

9. Quiet Hours

To ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests, quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We request that guests keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

10. Check-Out Procedure

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please inform the front desk if you require a late check-out, which may be subject to additional charges. Upon departure, ensure all personal belongings are removed from the room. The hotel is not responsible for items left behind.

11. Lost and Found

Items found on the property will be held in our lost and found for 30 days. If you believe you have left something behind, please contact the hotel as soon as possible. The hotel is not responsible for lost items.

12. Alcoholic Beverage Policy

Guests are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages in public areas of the hotel that have been brought in from outside the venue. This includes all common areas such as the lobby, pool area, open-aired lounge, and other shared spaces. The hotel offers a variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase in our dining areas and room service. This policy ensures compliance with local laws and maintains a controlled and responsible environment for all guests. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in appropriate action, up to and including eviction from the hotel premises.
