The Rooftop sits high above Boni Beach, looking out over the rolling hills and the shoreline of Serangan Beach. It’s open through the day and into the evening — a relaxed spot for a long lunch, an afternoon drink, or dinner under the sky — though it comes into its own at sunset, when the light turns gold over the water. It’s worth booking a table for that hour.
Cocktails with a sense of place
The bar list changes with the seasons and leans on local botanicals. Signature drinks like The Archipelago (nutmeg, clove and tamarind), the clarified-and-carbonated Pandan Shrub, the Boni Margarita and a lemongrass frozen daiquiri sit alongside the classics, Aperol and limoncello spritzes, a considered wine list and cold Bintang — with a proper run of mocktails, too. It’s all made with the same care as the kitchen downstairs, most of it from scratch, so there’s something for however you want to spend the evening.
